My 750gal fish tank in High Def camcorder saltwater fish tank _ Stingrays and Shark .
To add sand to a fish tank, you should always keep the opening of the bag under water. This will help the sand fall to the bottom of the tank, instead of getting stuck and floating on the surface! Also be sure to turn OFF your filters! Sand can destroy the pump in your filter! Wait until the tank looks clear, then turn them back on. Don’t worry, your fish will be just fine without filters for a couple hours! Leave your heater plugged in, but unplug the filters.
It’s been a long time since my last update and a lot has changed. Firstly I got the second half of my live sand which I was waiting for and added that. Secondly the live rock came which I spent a while aquasculpting. Then I added fish, hermit crabs and snails as I explain in the video.
I have been updating my marine tank. I moved all the fish out that I prevoiusly had in here(except my black ‘snowflake’ eel). I then slowly raised the sg to 1.023 from what it was at around 1.018. I just added the first new ‘tank-mates’. A hermit crab, and 3 green/blue chromis(only two are seen in video, other one likes to hide behind the filter), and a snowflake eel(the white/black/yellow saltwater snowflake eel) – he also was hiding the whole video, he is in the middle rock, I tried to zoom in to get a glimpse of him, but he wasn’t visible.
My first video of my 55 gallon marine aquarium. I have about 30-40lbs of live rock, a chromis, a snowflake eel, a sailfin tang, a lawnmower blenny, 2 strawberry grazer snails, and 6 hermit crabs. I know the sailfin will grow please no need to educate me, I understand tank upgrading. Also, all the music in the video was written by me. About halfway through I feed the eel so stick around. Feedback please!
New saltwater aquarium that I got! It’s not done yet, but whatever, I thought I’d show you anyway.
