  1. the lionfish was removed from the tank due to its increasing size. no chromis were lost, however.

  2. this is what i always to do and maybe do….

i always wanted some schooling fish along with agressive fish! i really love your tank!

plus those look-downs or Jacks forgot what they called… beautiful!

  3. in one of my current tanks, i have a lion with a chromis and nothing bad happens to it…

im guessing if u add the lionfish after the chromis…

  4. nice! i really like it. i think you should put some or more live rock in there for your chromis, i know that they feel safe in their schools, but they would really like the little hiding places :)

  5. awsome tank! I think it would be better with OUT the lookdowns though. Id RID of the lookdowns and maybe replace with a Emperor Angel

  6. this is the tank design i have been looking for ! black backing is cool

  7. yeah i really do not understand…average price i see for lookdowns is $150-$300….their quite frankly ugly fish…

  8. hey, this is the first marine tank i’ve seen that actually well, looks good. Brilliantly designed, without looking like all the rock and coral is dying.

  9. thats a little packed, even for a 210 gallon.
a volitan lionfish with chromis? triggerfish and lookdowns…not to mention lookdowns are pelagic, i think you need at least a 500g.

  10. the lookdowns will have to go in a year/clean tank tho with heavy filtration it could work but that’s really a high bioload. A 2 year update will answer all the questions…
